Avo Minas Jolfa, a native and citizen of Iran, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissal of his appeal from an immigration Judges decision finding him deportable (as charged) for having been convicted of a controlled substance violation (8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2)(B)(i)) and an aggravated felony (8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2)(A)(iii)) and finding his application for withholding of deportation barred by 8 U.S.C. § 1253(h)(2)(B). We have jurisdiction, 8 U.S.C. § 1105a, and we deny the petition for review.
