Grady M. Howard entered a plea of nolo contendere to two counts of sexual assault in the first degree. AS 11.41.410. Jon W. Howard entered a plea of nolo contendere to one count of sexual assault in the second degree. AS 11.41.420. Both Howards entered their pleas reserving a right to appeal orders of the trial courts denying motions to suppress evidence, pursuant to Oveson v. Anchorage, 574 P.2d 801 (Alaska 1978), and Cooksey v. State, 524 P.2d 1251 (Alaska 1974). We therefore have jurisdiction over this case. In addition, Jon Howard claims that his sentence of eight years with three years suspended was excessive. We affirm both convictions and Jon Howards sentence.
